Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a rewarding role in healthcare?
Central Gippsland Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Learning Services team. This full-time fixed-term position provides essential administrative support to the Learning Services team through to 31 May 2027. You will play an important role in supporting education and workforce development activities across the organisation by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining records and systems, and assisting with the delivery of education programs and events.Working closely with educators, managers and staff, you will help ensure learning activities are organised efficiently and staff have access to the resources and training opportunities they need.
In this role, you will provide administrative support for education and workforce development programs, assist with the coordination of training activities, manage records and documentation, and support staff access to our online learning systems.
We're looking for someone with strong organisational and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. A Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or relevant experience) is desirable.
