Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, looking to step into a leadership role? Central Gippsland Emergency Department is looking for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team.
About Central Gippsland Health
Central Gippsland Health (CGH) is the major health and aged care provider across Wellington Shire, delivering integrated services from three campuses in Sale, Maffra and Heyfield. Based in Sale, CGH provides acute and sub-acute care, with a 24-hr Emergency Department supported by critical care, neonatal, operating theatres, medical, oncology, dialysis and rehabilitation services.
About the Role
An ANUM in an Emergency Department is a senior clinical leadership role, supporting the NUM and overseeing the day to day operational and clinical management of the ED.
Key responsibilities include
· Clinical Leadership
· Operational management
· Patient flow
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
· Registered Midwife and Nurse holding current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
· Post graduate certificate, diploma and or masters in Emergency Nursing
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Emergency Nursing
